Adoption Connection believes that everyone gains when given the chance to learn about one another.

Committed to education, counseling and support, our goal is to empower both birth and adoptive parents before and after the birth, and to create a positive outcome for everyone involved.

Adoption Connection welcomes couples and individuals of all ages, religions, ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

Adoption Connection is a non-profit, non-sectarian, licensed adoption agency affiliated with Jewish Family and Children's Services of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties.

Our History
Adoption Connection has been a fully licensed, non-profit adoption agency since 1985. Throughout our 23 years of family building Adoption Connection has grown from a small agency serving only San Francisco to a highly regarded organization completing over 100 adoptions and many more international and domestic homestudies every year.

Adoption Connection is licensed to work with birthparents throughout the United States and adoptive parents in 19 counties in Northern California. Since our inception, Adoption Connection has completed over 1,400 infant adoptions.

Our Programs
Domestic Adoption Program
Our domestic, infant adoption program helps birthmothers find loving families for their babies while also helping prospective adoptive parents grow their family through adoption. We complete over 100 adoptions per year. Call us at (415) 359-2492.

International Adoption Program
We can complete the international homestudy and post-placement services needed for an international adoption. We can work with the international adoption agency or foreign government of your choice. Call us at (415) 359-2440.

Education & Community Outreach Services
We are committed to providing factual and complete adoption information to social service agencies, pregnancy centers, schools, and hospitals. We offer FREE workshops to organizations wishing to learn more about adoption. Stepparent/Domestic Partner Adoption
To make sure a child has two legal parents we provide the investigation necessary for the court to grant a second parent legal status. Families come to us if they have: recently re-married, created a child with the help of a donor, or adopted a child as a single person. Call us at (415) 359-2495.

Workshops
